This job was an architect designed studio extension to an existing property and we were appointed to carry out the work via a tender process.
As the property was situated in a rural location the extension needed to blend in with the surrounding countryside.
Works included:
- full project management for the build including sourcing of all materials including:
- Cedar cladding
- woodgrain UPVC windows and doors to reflect the natural beauty of the cladding
- traditional roofing system to create the overall look
- skylights were also installed to bring even more natural light into the space
