Premier Court is a small development of 7 industrial units for the commercial property rental market. Built to a high specification in a gated development making them a cut above the rest. We loved the location of this development so much that we moved our offices and workshop into one of the units.
This project involved taking a Brownfield site from initial clearance through to a completed gated development of workshops with storage space, office space, disabled toilet and kitchen area ready for rental and occupation.
